Radiant Learning Collective Application 2025/26

Thank you for your interest in Radiant! This application is for families with students ages 5+ interested in our Radiant Learning Collective small group tutoring. 

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

This application is the first step toward securing your child's placement in our program. Once the application is completed and submitted, please check for a confirmation email from Radiant Collective to ensure we received your application.

Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance into the collective. Although we wish we could accept everyone, space is limited due to our commitment to a low student to teacher ratio.

Commitment and Attendance Policies

At Radiant Learning Collective, we value commitment and regular attendance. When you register for Learning Lab and/or Adventurers Club, you agree to the following attendance and payment policies:

Commitment Period:

• Fall Semester: August 11 - December 12, 2025

• Winter/Spring Semester: January 5 - May 15, 2026

Tuition Payment Options:

• Pay tuition in full at the start of the semester

• Opt for a five-month payment plan

Cancellation and Withdrawal:

• Once registered, families commit to the full semester.

• If withdrawal is necessary, written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance.

• Refunds will be prorated based on weeks attended, minus a $500 cancellation fee.

• Families on the payment plan are responsible for all payments due up to the withdrawal date, plus the cancellation fee.

• No refunds or adjustments will be made for absences due to vacations, illnesses, or other personal circumstances.

By adhering to these policies, we ensure a stable and enriching environment for all of our students.
